I have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, virtualization (Proxmox, Docker, Hyper-V), and network security (OPNsense, VLANs, firewalls). I specialize in troubleshooting complex IT issues, optimizing infrastructure, and implementing secure, scalable solutions.
