Hi, I'm Brett! I'm an IT professional and tech enthusiast, and I created this site as part of the Cloud Resume Challenge. This project gave me the opportunity to dive deeper into Microsoft Azure, expanding my knowledge of cloud infrastructure and honing my technical skills. With over a decade of experience spanning cloud platforms, network administration, endpoint management, and enterprise IT support, I started my cloud journey in 2021 and have been committed to staying ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

  • Hosted the static website files in Azure Storage's $web container using its built-in static website feature
  • Configured Azure CDN to enhance site performance and established an endpoint for a custom domain

  • Set up a robust home networking stack with OPNsense running on a mini PC for routing, firewalling, and network monitoring. Configured VLANs on a managed switch to isolate traffic for enhanced security, including IoT devices. Deployed a TP-Link Omada SDN for centralized management of wireless networks, with seamless integration of multiple access points
